Ingredients

  • 300 g sliced meat, turkey or pork
  • 100 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 bell peppers, cut into strips
  • 1 onion (s), diced
  • 500 ml meat stock
  • 2 tablespoon ajvar, paprika paste from the jar
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • salt and pepper
  • Tabasco
  • possibly sauce thickener
  • some clarified butter

Instructions

  1. Season the meat and fry in hot clarified butter.
  2. Fry the onions, peppers and mushrooms as well. Deglaze with the meat stock and let the stock simmer a little. Stir in ajvar and crème fraîche. Season to taste with salt, pepper and Tabasco, if you like it creamier, you can stir in some sauce thickener.
  3. Puree or potato dumplings go best with this.
