Smoked Salmon Sandwich Roll

Unusual white bread sandwiches – with salmon, cheese, and herbs – in the form of rolls.

Ingredients

  • White bread (without crust), cut to length – 3 thin rectangles (large enough to roll into a roll)
  • Smoked salmon – 6 slices
  • Goat cheese – 100 g
  • Mascarpone cheese – 100 g
  • Green onion – 2 stalks
  • Red onion – 1 pc.
  • Dill greens – 1 bunch
  • Pepper
  • Salt

How to make a salmon sandwich roll:

Directions

  1. Mix goat cheese and mascarpone.
  2. Add chopped green onions, red onions, dill.
  3. Mix. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cut the salmon into thin strips.
  5. Spread cheese on the bread.
  6. Distribute the salmon strips.
  7. Roll the bread over. Slice the sandwich roll across. The sandwich roll is ready to serve.
