Ingredients
- 1 head endive salad
- 300 g celeriac
- 100 g cranberries, dried
- 100 g walnuts
For the dressing:
- 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoon rapeseed oil
- 150 g natural yourt
- 100 ml milk
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ curry powder
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- Salt and pepper from the mill

- Clean, wash and spin dry the endive salad. Then cut into thin strips and place in a bowl. Roughly chop the cranberries and walnuts and add to the salad.
- Peel the celery, cut into match-thick strips and add to the salad as well. For the dressing, whisk everything well, add to the salad and mix well.
