Ingredients
- 400 g melon (s), prepared, only the meat without the shell or seeds
- 250 g cucumber (s)
- 1 small chilli pepper (s), cut into fine rings
- 1 lime (s), just the juice
- 20 cl vodka
- 1 small onion (s), red, cut into thin rings
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon pepper berries, pink, pink, whole
- 0.5 ½ bunch basil, cut into strips

- Wash the cucumber well, cut in half lengthways, core and cut into thin slices. Cut the melon into bite-sized cubes and mix well with the cucumber slices, onion rings and chilli in a bowl with the lime juice, honey, vodka and pink pepper berries. Finally fold in the basil.
- Pour the melon salad into two pretty, ice-cold glasses or bowls and serve.
