Smokeys Winter Tuna Salad

Ingredients
- 1 gr. can tuna, in its own juice
- 100 g lamb`s lettuce
- 1 orange (s)
- 1 avocado (s)
- 1 small onion (s), red
- 0.5 ½ bunch chives, cut into fine rolls
- 1 tablespoon, heaped sunflower seeds, roasted without oil
- 1 tablespoon, heaped pumpkin seeds, roasted without oil
For the dressing:
- 1 orange (s), unsprayed (zest and 4 tablespoon juice)
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 150 g plain yohurt
- 1 small chilli pepper (s), finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- some ginger, grated
- Pepper, from the mill
- salt

- Rub the peel of an orange, set aside and then squeeze the orange.
- For the dressing mix all the ingredients well, add the orange zest, chilli and ginger.
- Peel and dice the other orange and place in a bowl. Cut the avocado into cubes of about the same size and add to the oranges. Also add the onions and chives.
- Drain and chop the tuna and add to the other ingredients. Add the dressing and mix well.
- Just before serving, fold in the lamb`s lettuce and sprinkle the kernels on top.
