Smoothie for Immunity

Shouldn’t we support immunity?

  • apple 3 pcs.
  • carrots 1 pc.
  • ginger root 1 pc.
  • lemon wedge 2 pcs.
  • dried apricots 8 pcs.
  • honey 1.5 tbsp
  • filtered water 700 ml


Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 2 minutes
Total time: 7 minutes

Cut the apple, remove the seed capsule, peel, and cut the carrots. We take ginger about 1 cm. A small piece, peel and cut finely.

Place all ingredients in a blender and beat. Done!
