Ingredients

  • 0.75 liter ¾ milk
  • 90 g rice puddin
  • 60 g suar
  • 1 tablespoon sherry
  • 90 g almond (s), peeled, rouhly chopped
  • 400 ml whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Make a rice pudding from milk and rice pudding according to the instructions on the packet. Then let it cool down (best to prepare the day before).
  2. Mix the sugar, sherry and almonds well with the cold rice pudding. Do not beat the whipped cream too hard and mix carefully with the rice mixture.
  3. Chill for a few hours.
  4. It is best to serve with hot cherry sauce.
