Ingredients

  • 200 g liver (s)
  • 3 roll (s)
  • 20 g oil
  • 50 g onion (s), red, chopped
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 large egg (s), whisked
  • salt and pepper
  • marjoram
  • 50 g breadcrumbs
  • water, salted
  • 1 ½ liter soup, (beef soup - Meidlinger style)

Instructions

  1. Soak the rolls, mince the liver.
  2. Finely chop the onion and parsley, squeeze out the bread roll. Mix all ingredients together well, season well and season to taste.
  3. Shape dumplings and place in boiling soup. Let the dumplings simmer openly for approx. 10 minutes.
