- 0.5 ½ cup sour cream
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ mustard, spicier
- 2 tablespoon herbs, (salad herbs)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable stock, grained
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper

- Mix all ingredients well with a fork or whisk or in a shaker. Just before serving, pour over lettuce or vegetables.
- The dressing can also be seasoned with horseradish instead of balsamic vinegar and is not only suitable for salads, but also as a dip, e.g., for baked potatoes.
