Ingredients

  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ mustard, spicier
  • 2 tablespoon herbs, (salad herbs)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable stock, grained
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients well with a fork or whisk or in a shaker. Just before serving, pour over lettuce or vegetables.
  2. The dressing can also be seasoned with horseradish instead of balsamic vinegar and is not only suitable for salads, but also as a dip, e.g., for baked potatoes.
