Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon Balsamico bianco (Dolce Agro Condimento Bianco from Ponti)
  • 1 tablespoon Crema di Balsamico, white (cream made from Miscato grape must from Ponti)
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil (Bertolli Cucina)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped mustard, medium hot (French`s Classic Yellow Mustard)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a dressing shaker and shake well. Alternatively, whisk well in a cup. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. The mustard and the balsamic cream ensure that the ingredients mix into a creamy, creamy dressing.

  4. The dressing goes well with many salads. I especially enjoy lamb`s lettuce, rocket and baby spinach with it.
