Ingredients
- 6 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 tablespoon water
- 1 ½ tablespoon honey
- 1 small onion (s)
- 3 walnuts
- salt
- pepper

- Thoroughly mix the water, honey, balsamic vinegar and oil together. Peel the onion and cut it into small cubes.
- Crack the nuts, if they have not already been bought without their shells, and chop them into large pieces.
- Add onions and nuts to the dressing and let them steep in the refrigerator.
- Goes well with lamb`s lettuce or rocket.
