Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
  • 0.5 ½ small onion (s)
  • 0.5 clove ½ garlic
  • 1 tablespoon herbs, frozen or dried
  • 100 ml balsamic vinegar, white
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar, (wine vinegar)
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar, (raspberry vinegar)
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar, (herb vinegar)
  • 0.5 ½ teaspoon, leveled salt
  • some pepper, colored, from the mill
  • Sweetener, liquid, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin seed oil
  • 1 tablespoon rapeseed oil
  • 300 ml olive oil
  • Water, to dilute at will

Instructions

  1. All ingredients except oil and water are put in a measuring cup and mixed with a hand blender (magic wand) with the multi-knife until the onion and garlic are finely chopped. The oil is poured in in sips and continued to stir until a creamy emulsion has formed. Finally, it is diluted with a little water.
