Ingredients

  • 1 kg potato (s)
  • 30 g mararine or butter
  • 0.5 ½ onion (s)
  • 50 grams flour
  • 0.75 liters ¾ water
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 3 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 clove (s)
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes with their skin on. Then peel off and then cut into slices or cubes.
  2. Sweat the onions in the butter. Dust with flour and deglaze with the water. Season with salt, vinegar, cloves, bay leaf and pepper and simmer for approx. 25 minutes.
  3. Now add the potatoes and let them boil briefly.
  4. We also eat spaetzle and string sausages.
