Ingredients

  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 200 g ham
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 2 hot peppers
  • 1 yellow pepper (s)
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 1 cup cream
  • 150 g cheese (Emmentaler or Gouda), rated
  • 250 g spahetti
  • parsley
  • oregano
  • Paprika powder
  • pepper
  • basil
  • salt
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • some water

Instructions

  1. Do not cook the spaghetti too soft in salted water.
  2. Chop the onion, squeeze the garlic clove and fry in the pan. Cut the ham, mushrooms, peppers and the bell peppers into strips or small pieces, add to the pan and fry a little more. Mix the can of tomato paste with a little water and add to it. Season with oregano, pepper, paprika powder, basil and salt.
  3. Remove from the oven and stir in the cream.
  4. Cut aluminum foil and spread the spaghetti on top in portions. Leave enough margin everywhere so that you can close the foil later.
  5. Spread the sauce over it in portions and sprinkle with the grated cheese and parsley. Close the foils and bake for approx. 20 minutes at 200 ° in a preheated oven.
  6. Note: The dish is very simple and still always goes down well. If it gets stressful, you can prepare the sauce a day in advance. Then it would be advisable either to leave the dish in the oven a little longer or to warm up the sauce a bit before putting everything in the oven. When it comes to seasoning, you can also let your imagination run wild and test for yourself what tastes best.
