Ingredients
- 200 g spahetti
- 1 large onion (s)
- 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), yellow
- 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), red
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- some basil, dried
- salt and pepper
- some olive oil
- possibly soy cream (soy cream cuisine)

- Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the packet.
- Halve the onions lengthways and cut into fine strips. Also cut the bell pepper into fine strips.
- First sweat the onion in olive oil with 1 teaspoon of sugar over medium heat. As soon as these have turned translucent, add the pepper strips and 1 teaspoon sugar and cook until soft. Then season with salt, pepper and basil and add the cooked spaghetti. Mix everything together briefly and continue frying, seasoning again if necessary.
- If the spaghetti is too dry for you, you can add some cream or soy cream at the end.
- A fresh salad also goes well with it.
