Ingredients
- 250 g spahetti
- Salt water
- 200 g prawns, without head and shell (frozen), ready to cook
- 4 medium tomato (vine tomatoes)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 100 ml sweet cream
- lots olive oil
- Salt and pepper from the mill
- Chilli flakes from the mill
- parsley

- First, if you haven`t already done so, clean the prawns, devein, wash and pat dry. Cut the tomatoes into 1 cm cubes. Peel the garlic and chop it into very fine pieces or, if you like, press it.
- When the spaghetti is almost completely cooked in the salted water, heat plenty of olive oil (approx. 100 ml) in a pan. When the oil is hot, add the prawns and fry for about 2 minutes, turning.
- Then season to taste, in my opinion chili from the mill is a must. Then add the tomato pieces and the cream, bring to the boil again briefly and season to taste.
- Arrange the spaghetti and sauce and garnish with freshly chopped parsley. The recipe is enough for 2 people who eat well and is very easy to prepare.
