Ingredients
- 250 g spahetti
- 200 g smoked salmon
- 200 g cream
- 0.5 ½ lemon (n)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 cloves garlic
- 0.5 ½ bunch parsley
- 1 teaspoon vegetable stock, instant
- salt and pepper

- Prepare the spaghetti according to the instructions on the packet.
- Finely chop the garlic. Squeeze the lemon and rub the peel. Put the cream with the garlic, butter, lemon zest and lemon juice in a saucepan and heat over a slow heat. In the meantime, cut the smoked salmon into fine strips. Season the slightly thickened cream with salt, pepper and vegetable stock. Finally add the parsley and salmon and heat, but do not cook anymore and serve with the spaghetti.
