  • 500 g potato (s)
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed or round beef
  • 350 g onion (s)
  • 2 tablespoon margarine
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, hot pink, optional
  • Cayenne pepper, optional

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the potatoes and onions.
  2. Melt the margarine in the pot. Then pour in layers of potatoes, onions and minced meat (starting with potatoes). Season each layer of potatoes and mince with salt and pepper. If you like it spicier, you can also add hot paprika powder and / or cayenne pepper.
  3. Simmer everything in a saucepan over a gentle heat for about 20 minutes, then stir once. Braise the stew for another 20 minutes.
  4. Spiced cucumbers or Silesian cucumbers go well with this.
