Ingredients

  • 125 g butter
  • 250 g flour, wheat flour
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 vegetable onion (s)
  • 2 bell peppers, yellow
  • 2 red pepper (s)
  • 150 g zucchini
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • Pepper, freshly ground
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 100 g cheese, rated Gouda cheese

Instructions

  1. Knead the butter in flakes with the flour, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons of cold water and the salt to form a dough.
  2. Peel the onion and chop finely. Cut the peppers into small cubes. Coarsely grate the zucchini.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the onions in it until translucent and fry the diced paprika for five minutes and mix in the courgette grated. Then season the whole thing with the spices and let it cool down.
  4. Grease a springform pan (28 mm) with oil and line the dough with it. This should create a three cm high edge.
  5. Then pierce this dough several times with a fork.
  6. Whisk the remaining two eggs with the grated cheese and add the herbs. Mix the egg and cheese mixture with the vegetables and fill the mold with the batter.
  7. Bake the tart on the lower rack at 200 ° for 40 minutes.
