Ingredients

  • 500 g beans, reen
  • 150 g mushrooms
  • 150 g Cabanossi
  • 0.5 ½ bunch spring onion (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 250 g potato noodles (from the refrierated shelf)
  • 1 stalk thyme
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Clean the beans, cut diagonally into pieces and cook in boiling salted water for about 7 minutes. Take out, quench and drain.
  2. Clean the spring onions and cut diagonally into pieces. Clean the mushrooms. Cut the Cabanossi into slices, cut the onion into wedges.
  3. Fry the Cabanossi in hot oil in a pan. Add the beans, mushrooms, spring onions, potato noodles and onion wedges and stir-fry over a medium heat for about 8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. In the meantime, pluck the thyme leaves from the stems and place in the pan about 1 minute before the end of the roasting time.
