Clean the spring onions and cut diagonally into pieces. Clean the mushrooms. Cut the Cabanossi into slices, cut the onion into wedges.
Fry the Cabanossi in hot oil in a pan. Add the beans, mushrooms, spring onions, potato noodles and onion wedges and stir-fry over a medium heat for about 8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. In the meantime, pluck the thyme leaves from the stems and place in the pan about 1 minute before the end of the roasting time.
