Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water as usual. In the meantime, dice the onions. Cut the peppers into fine rings and remove the stones. Crumble the sheep cheese. If you like, you can also dice it. Cut the mushrooms into slices and grate the Gouda cheese.
  2. Heat some oil in the pan, fry the onions, add the mince and fry until the mince has broken down into small crumbs. Also add the mushrooms and fry briefly. Salt and pepper the mince and remove from the stove. Also add the sheep`s cheese and peppers to the mince mixture and mix.
  3. Drain the pasta and put it back in the saucepan and mix with the mince mixture. Put in a baking dish.
  4. Mix 3 eggs, cream and milk, chilli and curry together, season with salt, pepper and add a teaspoon of harissa paste. Pour the milk over the pasta and mince mixture. The milk should go just below the surface. If the milk is not enough, simply pour more milk on it.
  5. Scatter the grated cheese on top and bake for approx. 40 minutes at 180 ° C (fan oven). A fresh salad tastes great with it.
