- 4 medium onion (s)
- 1 liter vegetable broth
- 2 teaspoons herbs, Italian
- 75 g bacon, diced
- 80 ml juice, (Sangrita Picante)
- 2 slices toast
- 4 slices cheese, stronger
- 2 tablespoon flour

- Fry the bacon in a saucepan and add sliced onions and stir constantly. Just before preparing (turning brown), dust the onions with flour and pour on the vegetable stock. Add the Italian herbs and the Sangrita (alternatively also tomato juice seasoned with Harissa or Tabasco). Simmer on a low heat until the onions are soft.
- Place in fireproof soup bowls, cover each with a slice of toasted toasted bread and cheese and place in the oven preheated to 180 ° C for 5-7 minutes.
