Ingredients
- 500 g pasta, (Spirelli)
- 500 g chicken breast fillet (s) (or turkey breast)
- 8 chilli pepper (s), fresh
- 1 packet feta cheese
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cloves garlic)
- 1 packet cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- Salt and pepper from the mill
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

- Cook the pasta until al dente according to the instructions on the packet.
- Mix the crème fraîche and sour cream and season with plenty of salt and pepper. Press in the garlic cloves and stir in the soy sauce and curry.
- Put the drained pasta in a baking dish and mix with the sauce. Dice the feta, cut the chiles into fine rings and mix in both. Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces, place on top and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the casserole with cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
