Ingredients

  • 500 g spahetti
  • 2 chilli pepper (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 300 g cooked ham
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Clean the chili peppers and cut into small rings, clean the leek and also cut into rings, cut the cooked ham into small cubes.
  3. Heat the olive oil in the pan and first fry the chilli peppers in it, then add the garlic and ham, and finally fry the leek briefly.
  4. Then gradually stir in the spaghetti, if it is too dry, always pour a little oil over it. Season everything again with salt and pepper, season to taste.
