Ingredients

  • 500 g creamed spinach, frozen
  • salt
  • nutmeg
  • 500 g potato (s), waxy
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 80 g mozzarella, rated

Instructions

  1. Thaw the creamed spinach.
  2. Wash the potatoes and cook them as jacket potatoes for 15-20 minutes. Let cool, peel and cut into small cubes.
  3. Put the spinach in an ovenproof dish approx. 20 cm in diameter, fold in the potato cubes and season with nutmeg. Make 4 small hollows in the spinach, crack open the eggs and place one egg in each of the hollows.
  4. Sprinkle the casserole with cheese and bake in the preheated oven at 160 degrees for about 30 minutes.
