Ingredients
- 250 g tortellini
- 1 spinach (frozen)
- 1 sweet cream
- 200 g processed cheese
- 1 butter
- salt
- pepper
- 1 cube broth
- possibly garlic

- Cook the tortellini according to the instructions, quench and drain on a sieve. Bring the spinach to the boil, add the cream and processed cheese and cook for another 2 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and stock cube. Stir the tortellini into the spinach sauce and serve hot. Garlic can be added if necessary.
