Ingredients
- 200 g broccoli, (steamed)
- 200 g cream cheese with herbs
- 1 onion (s), (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- salt and pepper

- Broccoli, cheese and onion are finely strained in the mixer.
- The sesame seeds are briefly toasted in a pan without oil. The cooled grains are added to the broccoli cream and stirred in well.
- Finally, it is seasoned with pepper and salt.
- Tastes very good on white bread, corn bread or freshly baked baguette.
