Instructions

  1. Put the butter and vegetable stock in a pan or saucepan. Peel the kohlrabi, cut into thin slices and place in the broth. Season with salt and pepper. Put the lid on and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes until the kohlrabi slices are soft.
