Milk – 100 ml

Directions
Prepare products for a steam omelet.
Break raw eggs into a bowl.
Combine with milk, salt, whisk with a whisk.
Strain through a sieve.
An enamel baking sheet or mold (stainless steel) is oiled. Pour the egg mixture onto a greased baking sheet or dish (the omelet should be 3-5 cm high).
