- Cream cheese – 300 Grams
- Strawberry – 150 Grams
- Powdered sugar – 100 Grams
Directions
- Prepare the ingredients for making your strawberry cream cheese.
- Wash the strawberries and let the water drain.
- Make strawberry puree. Beat the berries with a blender and rub through a sieve to remove the seeds.
- Place the cream cheese in a bowl.
- Add caster sugar to taste.
- Top with the strawberry puree.
- Toss cream cheese, strawberry puree and powdered sugar. Then beat with a blender, mixer or whisk until smooth.
- Strawberry cream cheese is ready. A fragrant, beautiful and unusually tasty dessert!
