- 50 grams sugar
- 300 g strawberries, fresh or frozen
- 50 g lemon juice
- 50 g water, cold
- 165 g rum, white

- Puree the strawberries with the sugar. Add the remaining ingredients and puree again. Put in a cool place.
- Actually, I wanted to prepare an original strawberry lime, but I mixed up vodka and took rum instead. The result was still very, very tasty and fruity and slightly tart.
- My guests preferred this variant over the original with vodka. Everyone was thrilled.
