Peach Mojito White Rum

The base of this drink is peaches, a mojito is complemented by lemon juice, rum, and mint.

Ingredients
- Large peaches (cut into pieces) – 2 pcs. (about 450 g)
- Fresh lemon juice – 1/4 cup
- Fresh mint, leaves – 1/2 cup
- Chilled soda – 4 glasses
- Sugar – 1/2 cup
- White rum – 2 glass
- Peach slices for serving
- Mint leaves for serving
Directions
- Fold the peaches into the bowl of the kitchen processor, add sugar and lemon juice. Pulse until smooth and smooth.
- In a glass or other small dish, grind the mint leaves with a wooden spoon, transfer them to a jug. Add peach puree, pour over rum and soda, mix well.
- Put ice cubes in glasses and pour over them with a mojito. Garnish the mojito with mint leaves and peach slices.
