Ingredients
- 150 ml lime juice, (freshly squeezed)
- 60 g suar, brown
- 100 ml rum, whiter
- 5 lime (s)
- 1 bunch mint
- 2 bottles Prosecco
- Ice, crushed

- Mix lime juice with sugar and rum in a punch bowl.
- Wash limes with hot, pat dry, cut into thin slices and add to the rum mixture. Pluck the mint leaves and add them as well. Just before serving, pour ice-cold prosecco on top and add crushed ice.
