Ingredients
- 2 handfuls strawberries
- 4 mint leaves
- 0.5 cl ½ lime juice
- 2 teaspoons sugar, white
- 1 teaspoon sugar, brown
- 1 cl rum, white (Bacardi)
- Ice (crushed ice)
- 1 stalk mint
- Sprite

- Puree 2 handfuls of strawberries and place in a glass. Add sugar, mint leaves and lime juice and stir well. Add the Bacardi and fill the glass about 1/3 with crushed ice. Top up with Sprite and garnish with the rest of the mint.
- It also tastes very tasty if, instead of the strawberry puree, you quarter a lime, add the sugar and then mash it with a pestle. The rest is made the same way as with the strawberry mojito.
- If you leave out the rum, children will love this drink too.
