- 1 ½ kg strawberries
- 300 ml rum
- 300 g suar, brown
- 1 ½ liter mineral water, cooled, with carbonic acid
- 3 bottles sparkling wine, chilled

- Wash the limes with hot water. Then scrape off the peel as much as possible. Then halve the limes and squeeze out the juice.
- Wash the mint, shake it dry and pluck the individual leaves from the stems. Now the strawberries are washed, cleaned and cut into pieces.
- Mix the strawberries, rum, sugar, mint, lime juice and zest and leave to stand in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. Just before serving, add the sparkling wine and water and enjoy cold.
