Ingredients
- 1 kg strawberries
- 6 cl strawberry syrup
- 6 cl rum, white
- 6 cl lime juice
- 1 bottle apple cider
- 1 bottle sparkling wine
- sugar

- Wash the strawberries, drain well and quarter or halve depending on the size. Then add sugar to the strawberries. Mix the strawberry syrup with the rum and lime juice and pour this into the punch bowl over the strawberries. Depending on how long you let the strawberries soak in the mixture, the more intense the rum syrup taste of the fruit will be.
- Top up with cider and sparkling wine.
