Strawberry Shake

Summer is a great time for cocktails. Strawberry shake (milkshake) is real salvation from thirst. Preparing a milkshake is simple and quick because almost every home today has a blender or mixer.

Ingredients
- Strawberry – 300 g
- Milk – 100 ml
- Sugar – 30 g
- Ice cream sundae – 150 g
- Ice – 5 cubes
Directions
- Rinse the strawberries, let the water drain. Remove the stems from the berries.
- Pour strawberries, sugar, milk into the blender bowl.
- Purée.
- Add ice cream and ice cubes. Whisk until smooth.
- Pour the strawberry milkshake into a serving glass.
- Our strawberry shake is ready. You can also prepare this milkshake with other berries, such as raspberries or blackberries. Bon Appetit!
