Ingredients
Warm milk – 1/3 Cup
Sugar – 2-3 tbsp
Dry Yeast – 1 Teaspoon
Butter at room temperature – 40 grams
Egg – 1 Piece
Flour – 190-200 Grams
Salt – 1 Pinch
Strawberry – 200 Grams
Cream cheese – 2-3 st. spoons
Powdered sugar – 0.5-1 Art. spoons
Cream – 1 Tbsp. the spoon
Directions
Dissolve the yeast with sugar in warm milk and leave for 5 minutes. Mix the soft butter with the egg using a mixer and add it to the sifted flour.
Add salt, yeast and knead to an elastic, soft dough. Transfer to a greased bowl and cover with cling film. Leave in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours.
Roll out the dough and lightly brush with butter for a creamier taste. Then sprinkle with sugar and dice the strawberries.
Roll up the roll and cut into buns. Place them on a greased baking sheet and cover with plastic wrap for 30 minutes.
Brush the buns with yolk, lightly beaten with a little water. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes until golden brown.
Prepare the cream: mix cream cheese at room temperature with powdered sugar and strawberry puree using a mixer. Add some cream, if desired, and cream over the buns.
