  • 1 pack puff pastry from the cooling shelf, 275 g
  • 0.5 can ½ condensed milk, sweetened
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Take the puff pastry out of the refrigerator about 10 minutes before preparing it. Then roll out and spread about 3 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk on top.
  2. Roll up loosely from the narrow side. Cut into 1 - 2 cm wide slices and place in a greased baking dish. Be careful, condensed milk could drip out. Then pour the remaining condensed milk over the snails.
  3. Bake at 175 ° C top / bottom heat for about 20 minutes. If they turn lightly brown, they are done.
