Ingredients

  • 70 g butter
  • 3 tablespoon cocoa
  • 150 g shortbread (s)

For the filling:

  • 200 ml cream
  • 400 ml condensed milk, sweetened (milkmaid)
  • 1 lemon (s), zest and juice it
  • 500 g low-fat quark
  • 1 packet vanilla pudding powder for cooking
  • 4 egg (s)

Instructions

  1. Line a size 26 springform pan with baking paper.
  2. Melt the butter in the microwave for the bottom. Chop the shortbread biscuits. Put both in a large bowl and stir together. Add the cocoa. With a spoon, press the mass down well in the mold and put it in the refrigerator for a short time.
  3. Preheat the oven to 160 ° C top / bottom heat.
  4. Mix the remaining ingredients well together to form a quark mixture, pour onto the base and smooth out a little.
  5. Bake the cake for about 1 hour. Don`t forget your chopstick sample.
