- 400 ml condensed milk, sweetened, e.g. milkmaid
- 200 ml milk, 3.5% fat
- 1 pinch lemon zest, grated

- Put the ice-cold milkmaid, milk and lemon zest in a tall vessel, stir with the magic wand and add volume. Pour the liquid into the ice cream maker and wait about 20 minutes until the mixture is nice and creamy.
