Ingredients

  • 600 g mushrooms or other mushrooms
  • 300 g bell pepper (s), cut into strips
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 3 pickle (s)
  • 125 ml red wine
  • 250 ml vegetable stock
  • 200 g cream or vean oat or soy cream
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoon water, cold
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet

Instructions

  1. Clean the mushrooms and cut into slices. Dice the onion. Cut the cucumber into very small cubes.
  2. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the mushrooms. When they have turned a little brown, take them out again.
  3. Heat some oil again in the same pan. Fry the onion, bell pepper and cucumber for about 5 minutes. Add red wine, vegetable stock and cream. Add the mushrooms again and simmer for 10 minutes. Mix the starch with 2 tablespoons of cold water. Add to the sauce and let it thicken. Season to taste with mustard and spices.
  4. Noodles go well with it.
