Chicken Beef Stroganoff

Chicken Stroganoff is very tender and tasty. And prepares quickly. Prepared in the same way as beef stroganoff, but less time.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet – 600 g
  • Sour cream – 2 tbsp
  • Tomato paste – 1 tbsp
  • Bulb onions – 2 pcs.
  • Flour – 0.5 cups
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
  • Broth (used a bouillon cube diluted in water) – 1.5 cups
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. Ingredients for Chicken Beef Stroganoff.
  2. Cut the washed and dried chicken fillet into 1 cm thick pieces.
  3. Beat off these pieces slightly and cut into strips.
  4. Cooking the sauce. To do this, mix sour cream, tomato paste and broth in a saucepan. Salt and pepper to taste, bring to a boil. We set the sauce aside.
  5. Breaded chicken in flour, but then put it in a colander to shake off excess flour.
  6. Chop the onion and lightly sauté in a pan with heated oil
  7. Put the chicken on the onion. The fire is strong. Stir the meat with onions all the time, fry for 5-6 minutes.
  8. Then we put the meat in a saucepan with sauce and simmer beef stroganoff over low heat for 20 minutes.
  9. Potatoes are usually served with beef stroganoff as a side dish, but rice or pasta works well with chicken beef stroganoff.
