Delicious Beef Stroganoff

This dish is very simple and quick to make. You can serve it with any side dish of your choice. Many people prefer pasta or potatoes. I’ll tell you how to make a delicious beef stroganoff.

Servings: 3-4

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil – 1
  • Onions – 0.5 Pieces
  • Mushrooms – 600 Grams
  • Beef tenderloin – 380-400 grams
  • Salt, pepper – To taste
  • Whiskey or cognac – 0.5 cups
  • Beef Broth – 1 Glass
  • Mustard – 1 Teaspoon
  • Garlic – 2 Cloves
  • Paprika – 1 Teaspoon
  • Water – 1/3 Glass
  • Flour – 2 Art. spoons
  • Sour cream – 1 Glass
  • Parsley – 3-4 Pieces

Directions

  1. Chop the onion and place it in a preheated pan with vegetable oil, fry it until golden brown.
  2. Cut the mushrooms into large pieces, put them in the pan and fry for about 5-7 minutes. Transfer the mushrooms and onions to another plate.
  3. Return the pan to the fire. Cut the beef into small pieces and place on a heated surface, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour alcohol into the meat and bring to a boil.
  5. Peel and chop the garlic, put it to the meat, add the mustard.
  6. Return the mushrooms to the meat pan, add the broth, bring to a boil.
  7. In a glass, combine cold water and flour, then pour this mixture into the pan.
  8. After boiling, reduce heat, add sour cream, paprika, cook for 1-2 minutes, but do not bring to a boil.
  9. Turn off heat and add chopped parsley, stir and serve immediately.
