Beef Stroganoff with Gravy

Making beef stroganoff with gravy at home is easy. We take beef as a base, and vegetables and spices will give the dish only a special piquancy.

Ingredients

  • Beef – 500 Grams
  • Onions – 1 Piece
  • Flour – 2 Art. spoons
  • Cream – 50 Grams
  • Tomato Paste – 30 Grams
  • Salt and Spices – To taste

Directions

  1. To make beef stroganoff with gravy at home, we need a tenderloin. So, we take the meat and beat it off a little for a start. This is done to soften the meat.
  2. Now cut the meat into strips and set aside for a whil
  3. Cut the onion into half rings.
  4. Fry onion in vegetable oil until golden brown. Do not forget to stir constantly.
  5. Add flour and tomato paste to our onions.
  6. Now we fry the meat. It is better to fry the beef in a little margarine, but you can also use vegetable oil.
  7. Send onion with sauce to the meat and add cream. Cover with a lid and simmer everything for about 20 minutes over very low heat.
