- 4 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 medium onion (s)
- 2 tablespoon cucumber liquid
- 1 teaspoon mustard, medium hot
- salt and pepper
- Curry powder
- Paprika powder
- Fondor
- some chives

- Boil the eggs hard and then chill them very well.
- Cut half of the onion into small cubes and place in a bowl.
- Halve the eggs and carefully remove the yolks and add them to the onion cubes. Add the mayonnaise, mustard and spices and whisk everything well with the magic wand to a fine mass. Add a little cucumber stock and stir well again, season to taste.
- Arrange the egg white halves on a plate. Pour the egg yolk mixture into a baking syringe or something similar and fill the egg white halves with it. Sprinkle with paprika and curry as a garnish. Cut the other half of the onion into thin half rings and garnish the eggs with it. Finally, finely chop the chives and sprinkle over the eggs.
- Goes wonderfully with the cold buffet. It is best to let the whole thing soak in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours beforehand.
