Ingredients

  • 12 hard-boiled egg (s)
  • 80 g butter
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoon crème fraîche (Smetana)
  • 3 tablespoon dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder, mild
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 3 tablespoon cheese, grated
  • 5 anchovies

Instructions

  1. Peel the hard-boiled eggs, cut in half lengthways and remove the yolks. Finely chop four egg white halves and add to the egg yolks with the butter, creme fraiche, mustard (you can also use 1 tablespoon mayonnaise instead), paprika and herbs. Mix well and season with salt and pepper. Fill the egg white halves with the mixture.
  2. Sprinkle with the breadcrumbs and grated cheese and top with two anchovy halves crosswise. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 200 degrees and serve warm.
