Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs - cut the hard-boiled eggs in half. Put the yolk in a bowl, add the cocktail sauce and season to taste - stir well together. Put the filling in the egg halves and make a ring with mayonnaise and put either caviar or salmon in the ring - done!
