Ingredients

  • 400 g nocchi, filled, e.., with cheese fillin
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 handful spinach leaves, frozen
  • 200 g cream
  • 150 g processed cheese
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Prepare the gnocchi according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Now put some oil in a pan and let it get hot on medium heat. Dice the ham and peppers in between. Now you put both in the pan and let it sear for a few minutes. Whether the ham should take on color or not is up to you.
  3. Now add the spinach and let it thaw in the pan. Add the cream and processed cheese and stir a little so that the processed cheese dissolves. Mix the finished gnocchi with the sauce and you have something delicious to eat.
  4. A very simple and quick dish for those in a hurry or those who want something tasty but don`t want to cook around for a long time. You can also eat the sauce with pasta if you want.
