  1. First, cut the courgette lengthwise in two. Use a spoon to remove the middle from the courgette and chop it finely.
  2. Then cut the bell peppers and onions into small cubes. Fry the onions over medium heat in oil until translucent. Then add the minced meat and fry it until tender, stirring occasionally.
  3. Next, add chopped bell peppers and water to make the mixture more juicy. Transfer the filling into a bowl and add finely grated cheese, zucchini pulp. Stir and stuff the previously prepared zucchini with this mass.

  4. Place them on a baking sheet greased with olive oil and bake for about 30 minutes at 200 degrees. Serve hot and garnish with herbs.
